Original thought is the new Gold.

Original thought is the new Gold.

Since the explosion of AI and AI tools, a lot has been said about all that AI could take away from us, humans. But the underline truth is that those who are able to produce original thought, and original creative content will be valued with the gold standard. They will be irreplaceable.

Naval has this idea which he espoused in the Joe Rogan podcast, a very interesting episode. Naval broke down what he saw as the beautiful reality that the 'Robot invasion would unleash for us.

That we would be focused on creative work and entertaining each other. That the potential of human beings would not be wasted on mundane and repetitive tasks. They would free us from WORK.

Now of course that is a very optimistic reality, but one that could be proved right. In that reality, original thought would be the currency. What can you do that robots can't? What can you do that is yet to be done by robots? What is your Gold?

Dan Koe presented quite a bold statement, saying that 85% of the jobs that will exist by 2030 have not yet been discovered. That's quite a bold statement, but that is probably going to be proved right.

Look at the social media explosion and see the number of jobs it has created. Noone in 2003 would have predicted that someone could make a living being a Youtuber or an INFLUENCER, but not only do they make a living doing that. They make a fortune.

There is always a silver lining and I think the biggest one, in this AI revolution. Is that the best is yet to come. Human beings have an unbelievable ability to adapt. We learn and win, and I think we shall adapt and win this battle.

People will discover new ways of making money, and it will all reside in their ability to generate new and original ideas. And the best part is that those who learn to use AI and all its unique tools. Will be able to actualize and produce their ideas in record time.

It will supercharge human endeavor. It will make us better and more efficient.

If used correctly it will make us better Humans.
